Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day. Order confirmation and processing of orders will ONLY be during business hours Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Most purchases ship within 1-7 business days excluding
major holidays. Delivery from the distribution center to the final
destination will very upon geographical location. Allow approximately 3-5 days for travel time. Orders after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day. When product leaves the
building a tracking number will be e-mailed to the buyer.
Necessary information for the purchaser to contact the carrier will be
furnished in the tracking number e-mail.
Orders with Great Outdoors Grills and some of the Detecto Scales may require
truck delivery. Note special shipping rates may be applied. The customer will be notified by email before any special charges will be applied. The trucking company will arrange a time and date with the
consumer. Please include special instructions for delivery in the
"Comments" section when ordering.
We ship most items via UPS ground. At this time we don't offer
overnite shipping.
We don't accept international orders at this time.
NOTE: We can NOT ship to a Post Office address. To avoid a delay in
receiving your product please include a physical address.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may have additional shipping charges added. Customers will receive email notification of additional charges before their credit card will be charged.
